After spending over 20 years in corporate logistics, Graham wanted to move into a small business model after seeing a massive gap in the market for bespoke 3PL opportunities for e-commerce companies. In 2022 Bak2Bak was founded with the clear intention to make e-commerce fulfilment easier for small business owners. After many discussions with business owners we discovered that the biggest problem in their e-commerce business was the inability for growth. And most of the time this came down to a “lack” of something, the lack of physical space in the owners home, the lack of time needed to fulfil more orders or the lack of energy and mental ability to take more on. Wanting to remove those barriers has enabled us to build a trustworthy and unique fulfilment experience for all business owners.
As the owners and directors of our own small business we understand what makes you tick and what you need from a logistics company. We know you need flexibility to be able to still take stock to markets, or the chance to say “I have a big new offer coming, orders are going to double”.
